The only way to learn meditation is through personalized instruction. You can’t learn meditation from a book or an app. It is a 3-step process: Instruction, Practice, and Consistent Feedback in order to fine-tune and progress.

PROFICIENCY

During our meditation sessions together, we will discuss the foundational skills and techniques of meditation, participate in guided practices, and we’ll always have time to answer questions.

The point of meditation isn’t to get better at handling stress or being able to calm down, it’s to transform your relationship with stress and improve the overall quality of your life. We’ll discuss how to apply the principles and benefits of meditation to life and work.
